Business continuity in critical situations
To enable our customers’ IT staff to be able to act quickly even in a disaster situation and to ensure business continuity, we offer office workstations and emergency workplaces. The Zurich North and Zurich West data centers offer the following options:
- Office space for permanent use
- Dedicated emergency workspaces (permanently assigned to a specific customer, leasing agreements available)
- Shared emergency workspaces (shared workspaces, leased by month)
Emergency workplaces: fully secured, ideally equipped
Emergency workplaces are fully monitored and secured (entry control, cameras, fire and intrusion detectors). They all have an infrastructure than ensures uninterrupted communication in an emergency situation to ensure business continuity. The emergency workplaces are in compliance with SEC 17a-4, Sarbanes-Oxley, MiFID, SB 1386, Basel II, Check 21, Graham-Leach-Bliley Act, Patriot Act, and HIPAA. To help our customers ensure business continuity, other equipment can be provided on request. Rooms such as conference rooms, kitchens, and cafeterias are shared.
