Uptime Institute
greenDatacenter Zurich West is the first Swiss data center to be awarded the official Uptime Institute Tier III Design Certification. Furthermore, Green Datacenter AG is currently the only Swiss data center operator that is a member of the Uptime Institute network.
greenDatacenter Zurich West achieves a PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) of 1.4, exceeding the highest worldwide standards for energy efficiency. To further improve the ecobalance and save even more power, Green Datacenter AG carried out a study on “An energy-optimized data center” in cooperation with R+B engineering AG and the School of Engineering.
